The recruitment and selection process

All the received CVs are carefully examined although there are no vacant jobs. These ones are registered on the data base and they are accessed when there are vacant jobs.

Until the final selection, the candidate can be called to sustain many specialized interviews. The candidates who do not meet a specific job remain in the attention of the Human Resources Department, in case it appears an appropriate job.
